Sesam and Nauticus License Troubleshooting
This page provides general information and troubleshooting advice for Sesam and Nauticus licensing. Select your license type then check out the relevant knowledge articles.

General information
A standalone license requires only a license file and an environment variable to be set. MARINTEK products also require installation of a license manager.
Remote access is not supported.
Example license file
A standalone license can be identified by the presence of "Standalone" in the License type field in the license file.

Troubleshooting
- Error: Cannot find license file
- Error: Invalid host
- Error: License file does not support this version
- Error: Feature has expired
If you are still unable to resolve your license problem, please send us an email containing:
- License file (default C:\Flexlm\*.lic)
- Log file from the network server (when relevant, default C:\Flexlm\dnvs.log)
- Screen dump or file with the error message
