Sesam and Nauticus License Troubleshooting

General information
A dongle license requires a license file, a dongle and installation of a dongle driver. MARINTEK products also require installation of a license manager.
A dongle license is similar to a standalone license; however, the license is locked to the dongle rather than to the machine's physical address.
MARINTEK products support remote access, whereas Sesam/Nauticus products do not.
Example license file
A dongle license can be identified by the presence of "Dongle" in the License type field in the license file.

Troubleshooting
If you are still unable to resolve your license problem, please send us an email containing:
- License file (default C:\Flexlm\*.lic)
- Log file from the network server (when relevant, default C:\Flexlm\dnvs.log)
- Screen dump or file with the error message
